Ilam - The CEO of the country's philanthropic association announced the construction of 54 residential units for families with 2 disabled people in Ilam this year.
According to Mehr reporter, Hassan Hamzezadeh said on Thursday afternoon on the sidelines of his trip to Ilam: 54 residential units will be built for families with two disabled members in Ilam province with the efforts of Hamidreza Shahhosseini, a member of the board of directors of this association.
He added: The construction of these units is the third action of this benevolent charity after the construction of Hazrat Ali Asghar (AS) nursery school and the exceptional school of Martyr Haj Qasim Soleimani in the province.
He stated: The construction of these residential units will be undertaken in the near future through a contract with the construction contractor and all the costs of its construction will be borne by Haj Hamid Reza Shah Hosseini.
Referring to the agreement of this assembly with the welfare of the country for the past two years to build 14,000 residential units for people with two disabled members (with the commitment that the beneficiary''s share will be paid by the charity assembly of the country), he said: According to this agreement So far, 3,500 residential units have been delivered.
He added: "For the past few years, the Charitable Association of the country has started building shelters for families with two and three disabled members, and along with other supporting institutions, it has built and delivered residential units for the target community of the welfare organization."
Referring to the fact that about 10,000 honorable and respectable families with two disabled members in the country are waiting to receive houses, the CEO of the country''s philanthropists'' association said: "The country''s charities association will continue this work on the land until the last housing is built, along with the welfare."
He said: "The country''s benefactors'' assembly consists of 38 foundations and charitable institutions and big national benefactors, which has charitable actions in various fields on its agenda.
Referring to the activity of the Association of Housing Benefactors as one of the subgroups of this association, he added: With the efforts of the members of this association, the construction of 30,000 residential units has been started in the past 6 years, of which 23,000 units have been delivered to the needy.
